About Us
Your Tax Experts
Due to the fluid nature of your working arrangements, you will be unlikely to receive your earnings through the normal PAYE system. As such, HM Revenue and Customs will normally require you to submit a self assessment tax return, which declares your total income to be taxed accordingly.
Subsequently, HMRC will regularly check the accuracy of your self assessment tax return by way of an enquiry or investigation. The check is to ensure that you are declaring your income correctly and paying the appropriate level of tax and national insurance contributions.

Our services are designed to support you to submit accurate records, address any historic tax related issues and to manage any correspondence that emerges from disclosure and/or legislation. Our friendly and professional team are seasoned in working with contractors and understand the pressures that you face when dealing with your tax matters.
Our Services
Tax Returns
Within an ever changing tax environment, the requirement to submit a self-assessment tax return to HMRC is becoming more prominent. Failing to submit a return correctly and within the statutory time frame can cost taxpayers large sums in penalties and interest.
Tax Enquiries
HMRC is under continual pressure to increase its tax receipts. It achieves this by increasing pressure on taxpayers to pay the correct amount of tax and related liabilities including national insurance contributions. This means that the self-assessment tax returns of contractors are more likely than ever to be investigated by HMRC.
2019 Loan Charge
The loan charge legislation requires individuals who received loans whilst working, to pay tax on all outstanding loans received from a third party. HMRC deem these loans to be income and should be taxed as such on your 2018/19 self-assessment tax return.
